In order to let you know us, Direktronik Lagercrantz Communication, a bit more I would like to tell you some of the value proposition that we “learn” and “foster” our customers with. First, during business hours, we are always online, via phone or the web. That means that you as a customer always have the opportunity to speak with someone in order to get advices or recommendations. Secondly, we mainly sell special & unique products that fit into some bigger solution or network, often as the missing, and last, item. This means that we are enforced to have a very good technical understanding among our sales consultants on ALL products why support and training possibilities are important. This should be done in a continuous manner and routine. Thirdly, Quality in each step are a matter of course. Our customer are loyal to us, we help them with their questions, why they come back with other questions or problems. We expect the same from our Supplying Partners and see this more as a joint loyal teamwork.

We are a company that is “something out of the ordinary”, this is a key component in our way of doing business why we always wish for our partners to aim for the same. We have been in business since 1986, and has been a loyal customer to several suppliers for more than 30 Years – we would prefer that our relation will last for as long.

If you provide us proactively with new products/ideas that you suspect could be of interest for the nordic market and that also fit in to our “Mission” we would only be happy if you told us – we will sell what we believe would bring value for our customers and to our business idea.

In order to make every process work smoothly, and by that reinsuring our customers to get ordered goods in timely manner, it will always be important that delivery times could be met – delays does not really fit in to our value proposition. It will be equally important that credit terms also could be acceptable when we are dealing with a lot of big companies that demands for really long credit terms. Therefore we will always try to optimize our joint processes to make this happen.
