Conflict Minerals Policy

Direktronik work according to or mother company Lagercrantz Group's Code of conduct  in all parts of our processes and business. We require all our suppliers to commit to this code of conduct.

In order to ensure responsible sourcing we have established some specific policies whereas one is our Conflict Mineral Policy. The policy applies to all personell working at Direktronik Group and we also expect our suppliers to adhere to the principles of our policy. Our principles are incorporated in our requirements to our suppliers.

Direktronik request our suppliers to:

  • Work together for ensuring that any Conflict Minerals included in products supplied to Direktronik are from conflict free sources
  • Upon request provide us with information (CMRT) that confirms all 3TGs and Cobolt included in product comes from conflict free sources.
  • Allow potential audits to ensure that the supplier comply with our principles
  • Be fully transparent regarding information nescessary for ensuring that all Conflict Mineral included in products originate from validated smelters
