Responsibility and quality are core concepts at Direktronik AB, where environmental awareness and ethical business conduct are essential parts of our work.
Direktronik continuously reviews operations, practices, and processes to minimise negative environmental impact. Our environmental efforts are based on each person’s genuine concern for the environment and awareness of potential shortcomings in our approach. This requires participation and commitment from both employees and suppliers.

Define environmental and ethical requirements for suppliers and partners and require commitment to these principles.
Offer sustainable delivery and packaging options to our customers.
Choose environmentally friendly office supplies.
Sort packaging and office waste for recycling. Direktronik AB is connected to REPA, a business service company for packaging recycling.
Promote the collection and recycling of electrical and electronic components and equipment. Direktronik AB reports sales to El-Kretsen, part of Gröna Kretsen, for environmentally sound recycling of electronic products.
Ensure product compliance with REACH, RoHS 3, and WEEE Directives.
Continuously improve operations and reduce environmentally hazardous substances, following applicable legislation and environmental regulations.
It is very important that all suppliers confirm RoHS compliance.
In your order confirmation, please specify the compliance date for each product. For products without a stated compliance date, please propose a compliant replacement.
Note: DecaBDE (Decabromodiphenyl ether) is no longer compliant with RoHS or RoHS 3.

Any violations of our Code of Ethics are subject to trade limitations. Suppliers who meet our Code of Ethics are preferred (see Code of Conduct – Lagercrantz Group for details).
Direktronik adheres to applicable requirements, laws, voluntary agreements, and Codes of Conduct in all countries where we operate. We require the same from our partners and expect them to place equivalent requirements on their own partners.
Suppliers are requested to provide relevant information and demonstrate continuous improvement through periodic updates upon request from Direktronik.

Minimise the use of bromine, chlorine, and phosphorus compounds in products and production processes.

Prohibit child labour and comply with minimum age laws.
Ensure equal treatment and prohibit discrimination in the workplace.
Respect the right to collective bargaining and freedom of association.
Our suppliers must:
Prevent and address human rights violations.
Respect and protect the human rights of all individuals affected by their operations.
Our suppliers must:
Prohibit and discourage all forms of bribery, corruption, and improper influence.
Maintain accurate records and transparent business practices.
Direktronik AB is committed to reducing its climate impact by promoting energy-efficient operations, lowering CO₂ emissions from transport and logistics, and increasing the use of renewable energy sources.
We aim to consider the entire product life cycle — from design and sourcing to recycling — and to encourage circular and repair-friendly solutions whenever possible.
Suppliers are expected to maintain transparency regarding their supply chains and provide information about the origin of materials and components upon request.
They must conduct risk assessments and take corrective actions in case of identified environmental, human rights, or ethical risks.
Suppliers should also ensure that their own subcontractors comply with equivalent standards.
Direktronik supports responsible sourcing of minerals in accordance with the EU Conflict Minerals Regulation (EU 2017/821).
Suppliers must ensure that tin, tungsten, tantalum, and gold (3TG) used in their products are sourced responsibly and do not contribute to human rights abuses or conflict financing.
All suppliers must also comply with relevant modern slavery laws and demonstrate efforts to prevent forced labour and exploitation within their supply chains.
Suppliers handling customer, partner, or product data must ensure compliance with EU GDPR and maintain appropriate cybersecurity measures to protect the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information.
Direktronik encourages employees, suppliers, and partners to report suspected violations of this policy or our Code of Conduct.

No retaliation or other negative consequences will be tolerated against anyone who reports in good faith.
