Key Principles

Responsibility and quality are core principles at Direktronik AB. Environmental awareness, ethical business conduct, and long-term sustainability are integral parts of our operations.

Direktronik continuously reviews operations, practices, and processes to minimise negative environmental impact and strengthen responsible business conduct. Our work is supported by structured management systems and active engagement from both employees and suppliers.

Direktronik AB is certified according to:

  • ISO 9001 – Quality Management

  • ISO 14001 – Environmental Management

  • ISO 45001 – Occupational Health and Safety Management

These certifications ensure systematic quality control, environmental performance, risk management, and continuous improvement across our organisation.

Direktronik AB Will

  • Engage in active environmental work and motivate employees to participate.

  • Strive to select products and services with minimal environmental impact without compromising quality.

  • Define environmental and ethical requirements for suppliers and require commitment to these principles.

  • Offer sustainable delivery and packaging options to our customers.

  • Choose environmentally friendly office supplies.

  • Sort packaging and office waste for recycling.

  • Promote the collection and recycling of electrical and electronic equipment and report sales to El-Kretsen (part of Gröna Kretsen).

  • Ensure product compliance with REACH, RoHS.

  • Continuously reduce environmentally hazardous substances in accordance with applicable legislation.

We continuously evaluate all new products to ensure compliance with regulations regarding restricted substances, responsible minerals, and chemical content before they are introduced into our portfolio.

Climate and Logistics Commitment

Direktronik AB is committed to reducing its climate impact by:

  • Actively reducing air freight volumes

  • Increasing strategic purchasing to consolidate shipments

  • Increasing the share of sea freight to optimise volumes per shipment

  • Lowering CO₂ emissions from transport and logistics

  • Promoting energy-efficient operations and renewable energy use

We consider the entire product life cycle — from design and sourcing to recycling — and encourage circular and repair-friendly solutions whenever possible.

RoHS Compliance

All suppliers must confirm RoHS compliance.

Order confirmations must specify the compliance date for each product. For products without a stated compliance date, compliant replacements must be proposed.

Quality Policy

We shall always be a reliable and trustworthy partner to our customers and suppliers.

We must always comply with contractual commitments in terms of support, service, and deliverables.

All employees must be familiar with and take responsibility for achieving and developing our quality policy in accordance with ISO 9001.

We continuously improve our processes in line with our certified management systems.

Code of Conduct

Direktronik is part of Lagercrantz Group and fully supports the Group’s Code of Conduct. This means we conduct our business with high standards of business ethics, anti-corruption, human rights, a safe and healthy work environment, environmental responsibility, accurate financial reporting, and compliance with international trade regulations. We are committed to building long-term and responsible relationships with customers, suppliers, and the wider community, and we expect our business partners to share and adhere to these principles as part of our sustainability efforts. Responsible Minerals & Product Compliance

Direktronik supports responsible sourcing in accordance with the EU Conflict Minerals Regulation (EU 2017/821).

Suppliers must ensure that 3TG minerals (tin, tungsten, tantalum, and gold) are responsibly sourced and do not contribute to conflict or human rights abuses.

All new and existing products are reviewed to ensure compliance with mineral regulations, chemical restrictions, and environmental requirements before approval and during lifecycle management.

Continuous Improvement

Through our ISO-certified management systems, strategic sourcing, climate-focused logistics decisions, and strict compliance control, Direktronik and its partners continuously improve environmental, ethical, and social performance.

By working responsibly and systematically, we create long-term value for customers, employees, partners, and society.
