Stock Rotation Policy

Direktronik has implemented a Stock Rotation Policy in order to increase our competitiveness and reduce the depreciation of stock due to non selling items.

Direktronik is a niche product distributor known as the product source for early adopters. This requires that we stock products before they become popular with high demand and consequently the risk of non selling items increases. Since you benefit from having your products on stock with us, we find it reasonable that you help us reduce this risk. Products that are not selling well in Sweden are likely to sell well in other markets, which is why this should not be too difficult for you to support us with.In order to make is a easy and cost effective for you we have set up the following rules

  • Only products younger the 8 months, counted from date of shipment, qualify
  • Only products included in the last distributed price list received from you will qualify
  • Only non used products will qualify
  • Value of returned products can not exceed 50% of the total purchase value last 8 months
  • Every return will be balanced with a new purchase order of at least the same value
  • All freight costs will be paid by Direktronik AB

Procedure

When Direktronik would like to return stock to you, the following will happen:

  1. Direktronik will email a statement to you showing the type of product, quantity and value
  2. that we would like to return.
  3. You will confirm the information immediately with a RMA authorization.
  4. You will receive a purchase order with at least the same value as the goods to be retuned.
  5. Direktronik will return the good to you per your instruction and at our cost.
  6. Credit invoice will be issued in our favour within 2 weeks from goods has been received by you.

Prices

The value of the product returned is the same as the price published in the current pricelist received from you.

Example

Product purchased originally September 10 at US$100. As per January 1st new price list is effective and price decreases to $90. Credit is to be issued on the US$90 price.
